The Role: We are building AI-powered applications that help WorldQuant employees access information, synthesize knowledge, and support strategic decision-making. As an AI Software Developer, you will build and evolve these products end-to-end as part of a small team. Given a feature or problem area, you will help turn an initial need into a well-defined solution: clarify requirements, shape the user experience, design and implement the system, test and deploy it, and evaluate whether it is delivering value in practice. This is a hands-on engineering role with meaningful product ownership. You will work closely with internal users, incorporate feedback into the product, and contribute to feature prioritization and roadmap discussions. You will work on advanced AI capabilities, including agentic and deep-research workflows. You will help ensure these capabilities are useful, trustworthy, scalable, and practical for real-world use.
