Our Mission

Building A Community For Women In Quant Finance

Phoenix Quant Collective (PQC) builds a focused, professional community at UChicago to support and advance women in quantitative finance. We've seen the gender gap in this industry first-hand, and we wanted to create a space where other women+ feel more seen, supported, and equipped to pursue careers in quant finance with confidence. Through career development, resource sharing, and structured engagement with alumni and industry partners, we're building a community that strengthens recruiting outcomes while fostering genuine support for current and future students.
