Build and own core full-stack systems that deliver workflow automation, data, and analytics used daily by Point72’s Global Treasury professionals, with clear opportunities to shape product direction and impact firm-wide workflows Lead high-profile projects across the full development lifecycle, from technical design and specification to implementation, testing, and deployment into a complex production environment Design and implement responsive single-page user interfaces that surface large financial datasets and analytics to end users, driving usability and decision-making Develop and maintain backend services using modern .NET technologies, optimizing APIs for performance, scalability, and server-side pagination to support large result sets Extend and modernize existing margin calculation and financing platforms written on legacy frameworks while making targeted migrations to newer frameworks where appropriate Collaborate closely with treasury professionals, quantitative analysts, and other technology teams to translate business requirements into reliable, testable technical solutions Contribute reusable components, libraries, and engineering practices to the team’s collective technology assets to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, improve system observability, and implement monitoring and alerting to increase platform reliability Mentor peers, participate in code reviews, and drive architectural and user experience discussions to continuously improve product quality and development practices
